Founded in 2010, Hank Security Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of tamper evident security label materials for label converters, printing companies, security label manufacturers and material distributors. Our main material range includes VOID label materials, destructible label materials, printable security films and tamper evident security tape materials.
Hanksec controls key manufacturing processes including security coating, metallizing, printing, adhesive coating, liner lamination, slitting and quality inspection. Materials can be supplied in jumbo rolls, slit rolls, sheets or converted formats according to customer production requirements.
Our materials support UV, flexographic, screen, offset, thermal transfer and selected digital printing systems. Printable coatings, adhesive systems, release liners and security constructions can be customized according to the converter’s equipment and end-use application.

Design & Artwork Preparation
- To guarantee print quality and production efficiency, we strongly recommend submitting editable vector files in the following formats:

- Our designer will optimize based on your initial draft, ensuring a seamless transition from design to final product.

Plate Making
- During the plate-making stage, the printing plates are precisely engraved—using either Electronic Engraving or Laser Engraving technology—to imprint the desired “VOID” security designs which are later printed onto the face-stock to form the anti-counterfeit effect.
- HANK Security employs state-of-the-art Electronic Engraving Gravure Cylinder Process and Laser Engraving Gravure Cylinder Process, ensuring high-definition transfer of every dot, line, and “VOID” mark. This guarantees outstanding anti-counterfeiting performance and print accuracy across all tamper-evident label materials.

Corona Treatment
- PET generally provides a more favorable surface energy than polyolefins such as PP and PE. However, corona treatment, primer or a print-receptive top coating may still be used to improve ink anchorage and printing compatibility depending on the printing system.
PET VOID Printing
- The printing plates are engraved with the required “VOID” & Custom message designs for transferring onto the face-stock.

Security Layer Coating
- A protective chemical ink layer is printed onto the surface of the face-stock. This layer ensures that a clear “VOID” & Custom message is revealed when tampering occurs.

Color & Metallized Aluminum
- Customers can specify the desired face-stock colors (As long as you can provide pantone number). We also provide matching recommendations based on the applied surfaces. At first glance, the labels look like ordinary ones, but any attempt at tampering will unintentionally leave clear traces.

Printable PET Label Material Manufacturing Process
- As a professional label material manufacturer, we focus on improving the printability and processing performance of PET film through advanced surface treatment and functional coating technology.
- The coated PET material is designed to be compatible with a wide range of printing methods, including flexographic printing, offset printing, screen printing, thermal transfer printing and UV digital printing, depending on the customer’s ink system and production requirements.

Adhesive coating & Liner Lamination
- By applying a specially formulated pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive to the material and sealing it with a high-performance release liner, the label remains clean and intact before use. This ensures optimal adhesion upon application while preventing any accidental sticking.

Quality Inspection & Control
- Inline inspection systems monitor registration, color consistency, and ink adhesion. PET substrates are prone to static charge and curling, so scratch resistance and peel strength must be thoroughly tested.

- With cutting-edge slitting technology, HANK Security not only meets customized size requirements but also ensures flawless edge quality and consistent results in every roll.
