What Is a Non Transfer Security Label?
Non Transfer Security Label is a tamper-evident label designed to show visible security evidence after peeling without leaving obvious adhesive residue on the applied surface. When the label is removed, the hidden VOID message appears on the label film itself, while the package surface remains clean.
This clean-removal feature makes the product suitable for logistics packaging, express parcels, shipping cartons, return packages, retail boxes, document sealing and brand protection applications. It is especially useful when customers need visible tamper evidence but do not want strong residue to remain on the package surface.
Why Choose Non Transfer Security Label for Logistics Packaging?
Non Transfer Security Label helps packaging companies and logistics suppliers improve parcel security without damaging the appearance of the box, bag or envelope. Once the label is peeled, the security message becomes visible and cannot be restored to its original condition. This helps users identify unauthorized opening, replacement or re-sealing attempts.
Compared with full-transfer VOID labels, non-transfer labels offer a cleaner surface after removal. Compared with ordinary stickers, they provide stronger tamper-evident performance and better security identification. This makes them suitable for express delivery, warehouse management, e-commerce parcels, asset sealing and anti-counterfeit packaging.

Applications of Non Transfer Security Label
Non Transfer Security Label can be used in logistics packaging, courier bags, shipping cartons, express parcels, electronics packaging, retail product boxes, document envelopes and security inspection packaging. It is also suitable for customers who require visible tamper evidence while keeping the applied surface cleaner than high-residue security labels.
For logistics and express packaging, the label can be applied across the opening area of a carton, bag or envelope. If someone attempts to remove the label, the visible VOID message appears immediately. This helps receivers, warehouse teams and brand owners check whether the package has been opened during transport.
How Does a Non Transfer Security Label Work?
The label contains a hidden security layer inside the film and adhesive structure. Before removal, the label looks like a normal printed security label. After peeling, the internal structure changes and reveals a visible message on the label film. Because the message cannot be reversed, the label cannot be reused as a normal sticker.
The final performance depends on film type, adhesive formula, applied surface, storage condition and peeling method. Before mass production, Hanksec recommends testing the label on the real packaging surface, such as coated carton, kraft paper box, plastic bag, metal, glass or painted surface.
Customization Options for Non Transfer Security Label
Hanksec can customize Non Transfer Security Label materials according to different security levels and brand requirements. Custom options include label size, roll width, roll length, color, hidden message, logo printing, serial number, barcode, QR code, holographic effect, UV ink, thermochromic ink and surface printing compatibility.
For customers who need printed labels, Hanksec can provide finished security labels. For label converters and printing factories, Hanksec can also supply jumbo roll materials for further printing, slitting and die-cutting.

Testing and Quality Control
Adhesion and peeling performance are important for every security label project. Peel adhesion can be evaluated with recognized pressure-sensitive tape testing methods such as ASTM D3330 peel adhesion test standard. This test method is used to assess the adhesion uniformity of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes. Hanksec also recommends real-surface testing before bulk production because different cartons, films, coatings and packaging surfaces may affect the final VOID effect.
